Professional expertise for your pest control needs!
Florida is known for termites, we have both Drywood and Subterranean varieties. Identification can be made by a licensed professional.
Generally identified by droppings found on shelves or on the floor. Look like piles or circular scattered coffee grounds. Can be Blonde to Brown in color. Swarming wings have an Opal rainbow coloration.
We have 3 primary varieties, they range from damaging to very damaging.
Eastern Subs have a Grey coloration and are damaging.
Formosan Subs are Light Brown or Tan in coloration. These are Very damaging to buildings.
Asian Subs are generally found South of Vero Beach and are a cousin of the Formosan, also Very damaging.
Options run from spot treatment for Drywood to full Fumigation depending on severity of infestation. Please listen to the recommendations of the professional and not Google.
Eastern Subs can be eliminated through using a number of approved chemicals.
Formosan and Asian termites are a difficult elimination. There colonies are Extremely large, running up to 10 million termites in a mature colony. For these termites we only use Termitor Products at max rates and volume for elimination.
From ants, silverfish, to common roaches, Florida has them all.
We typically start our new clients off with a thorough interior treatment to eliminate what is going on inside your home and a full perimeter spray. Following treatments are perimeter sprays to keep things from coming in. Should you have an issue inside we come back and address the problem.
We address these separately from General Pests as they are typically brought into the home. Treatments are specific to the problem.
Florida is a very transient state. Unfortunately Bedbugs are very prevalent. You can get them from your own travels, friends visiting, or simply going to your favorite restaurant or show. They transfer similar to a tick, they do not walk into your house like other insects. It has nothing to do with how clean you keep your home.

We offer servicing every 4, 8, or 12 weeks for our lawns.
Ideally, most ornamentals only need treated every 6 months. We are experiencing a couple new pests that have been raising havoc on Mexican Petunias causing additional treatment costs.
While whitefly continues to be a problem for both Ficus and Palms, service frequency is related to how often your neighbors are treating. Some applications are lasting 12 months while others are being treated every 4 months. Initial inspection and application usually shows the frequency required.
